CONTRACT PASTILLATION

Typical products for the pastillation are waxes, oleachemicals (fatty acids, etc.), resins, additives, polymers and many more. A rotating perforated tube forms the pastilles. These solidify on a 15 m long water-cooled steel belt. The material can have a melting point of up to 180 °C. The plant has a capacity of 300 kg/h to 1.200 kg/h, depending on the properties of the material. The pastilles are packed in big bags or drums. The maximum viscosity at the operating temperature is 10.000 mPas.
